Thank you for choosing Nai-Tionwidetravels for your travel needs. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by us, including all-inclusive resort stays, vacation packages, cruises, group travel, and custom itineraries. Please read them carefully before booking.


1. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is typically due [30/60/90] days prior to departure, depending on the travel service or supplier.

  • Final payment dates and policies will be outlined in your confirmation.

  • Payment can be made via Credit/Debit card, and Zelle.

  • For group trips or custom itineraries, payment schedules may vary and will be detailed in your group or individual travel proposal.

2. All-Inclusive & Vacation Package Policies

  • All-inclusive and vacation package bookings include the items specified at the time of booking (e.g., lodging, meals, transportation, entertainment, and more).

  • Any exclusions, optional upgrades, or out-of-pocket costs (e.g., excursions, spa treatments, tipping) will be disclosed.

3. Cruise Bookings

  • Cruise bookings are subject to the cruise line's terms and policies, including boarding requirements, vaccination/testing protocols, and cancellation terms.

  • Gratuities, shore excursions, and specialty dining may not be included unless otherwise stated.

4. Group Travel

  • Group trips may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled with notice.

  • Group leaders may have additional terms regarding deposits, deadlines, or group conduct.

  • Custom group itineraries are quoted individually and subject to availability.

5. Custom Itineraries

  • Custom trip planning include a research/planning fee, which is non-refundable once itinerary work begins.

  • Itineraries are curated to your preferences and are subject to supplier availability at the time of booking.

6. Corporate Travel (Coming Soon)

  • Corporate travel planning services will soon be available. These services will include tailored itineraries, negotiated rates, and streamlined travel management. Terms specific to corporate travel will be provided upon launch.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation and change fees vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Refunds are processed according to the supplier’s timeline. Our agency service fees are non-refundable.

8. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended and available through our partners.

  • Insurance can help protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. You acknowledge the risks of traveling without insurance.

9. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports (with at least 6 months' validity), visas, and any entry requirements (such as vaccinations or health forms).

  • We provide guidance but are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

10. Health & Safety

  • You agree to follow local health and safety regulations during travel.

  • Some destinations or cruises may have COVID-19-related protocols (vaccination, testing, masks) that are subject to change.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Nai-Tionwidetravels acts only as an agent for the travel suppliers (airlines, resorts, cruise lines, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service delivery.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events (e.g., weather, political unrest, natural disasters).

12. Client Conduct

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from group trips or cancellation of services without refund.

  • You are expected to act respectfully and responsibly during your trip.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected for the sole purpose of planning and booking your travel.

  • We do not share your information with third parties, except as needed to complete travel arrangements.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country] and subject to the jurisdiction of [Your Court or Region].

  • Disputes should be resolved amicably where possible before seeking mediation or legal action.
